Job Summary
Prepare entries and schedules to support timely and accurate financial reporting.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with US GAAP
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and subledgers
• Research/prepare payroll, compensation, and benefit accounting entries
• Participate in monthly and annual closes
• Prepare schedules and analyses for annual audit
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Accounting from four-year college or university and one to three years’ related experience
Skills
- Public Accounting Experience Preferred
- Apply proper accounting treatment for transactions based on US GAAP
- Strong time management, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
- Accountable and self-motivated
- A team player with a professional attitude
- Willingness to work a limited amount of extra time particularly during monthly closes to meet deadlines
Computer Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Oracle Fusion software experience preferred
