• Mandatory Requirements• Bachelors degree or equivalent through experience• Proficient in ALL following languages : English, French and Dutch• Experienced in using daily Microsoft Office toolsDesired Skills and Qualities• Ability to analyse complex schedules and foresee potential issues• Make informed decisions to optimize crew resources and handle disruptions efficiently• Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments and communicate changes to the crew effectively• Ability to handle the pressures of real-time coordination and disruption management• Able and willing to work in shifts and during weekends in the dynamic nature of the aviation industry and changing operational requirements
• Nice to Have:• Familiarity with Crew Management Systems; knowledge of EASA ORO FTL
