Silver Air is growing—and we’re looking for a talented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.
This role requires a strong foundation in accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely financial reporting. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values excellence and integrity.

What you'll be doing:
- Review and input Accounts Receivable invoices using Sage Intacct
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations and follow-ups
- Review and enter Accounts Payable transactions accurately and timely
- Process employee expense reports and provide user support for Ramp
- Guide internal users on expense reporting processes and compliance standards
- Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements
- Code and enter vendor invoices into Sage Intacct
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and period-end close
- Maintain organized accounting records; manage digital and physical filing
- Perform general data entry and system updates as needed
- Maintain and update accounting databases to ensure data accuracy
- Foster strong cross-functional communication with internal teams and external partners
To do well in this role, you'll need:
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Sage Intacct and Ramp highly preferred
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
- Dependable and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation and internal client focus
- Technically savvy with strong general computer proficiency
