D. Key Performance Indicators
Schedule Adherence
• Measures how closely actual maintenance execution aligns with the planned schedule.
Aircraft/Equipment Availability
• Indicates the percentage of time aircraft or equipment are available for operations versus being grounded for maintenance.
AOG Response Time
• Measures the average time taken to plan and initiate corrective actions during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events.
Parts & Resource Availability Rate
• Assesses how often required parts, tools, and manpower are available as per the maintenance plan.
E. Key Interfaces
Internal Interfaces
Line Maintenance Teams
• Direct execution of planned tasks; real-time feedback on delays, deferments, and resource needs.
• Ensure operational continuity and accurate task closure.
Planning
• Regular communication with check planners and MCC to align work package, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to project timelines.
Maintenance Control Center (MCC)
• Collaboration with MCC to coordinate daily aircraft work packages, MEL/ NEF to optimize planning efficiency, and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
External Interfaces
Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)
• Participation in Audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
Third-Party Vendors
• Collaboration with third party technical records management for timely handover of completed packages and resolution of queries, if any.
F. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education requirements
• Engineering degree or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
Experience
Minimum
• 0-5 years relevant work experience in an aviation industry.
Desired
• Minimum 1 year experience in Planning/ Engineering.
• Prior experience in AMOS
