The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Associate Systems and Data Analyst to join the team in San Antonio, TX.
The System and Data Analyst will combine customer support with an ability to directly work with onsite personnel dealing with mechanical and supply chain issues on aircraft. The team supports an Oracle based application called GOLDesp that is used across the site to support aircraft inventory, order management, procurement, repairs, modifications, scheduling, and nonconformance management.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports customer issues across the country and around the globe with a strong sense of urgency to comply with contractual responsibilities, deadlines, and delivery metrics
Investigates, analyzes, and resolves application problems in a customer support role
Tests software of a complex nature
Communicates with process owners, systems analysts and programmers, and system and database administrators to gather requirements and implement solid solutions
Prepares program documentation in compliance with established departmental standards and may be called upon to provide web based and in person training classes for the software
Interacts with customers, peers, and software vendors
Facilitates team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organizations needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience working in a commercial Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment
Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience interfacing with database systems (such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle, IBM, Teradata, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience with GOLDesp
Experience working in the aerospace domain
Experience with problem solving

Summary pay range: $70,550 – $95,450
