Job Description:

Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the Components MRO business to drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer loyalty by aligning marketing, sales execution, and customer engagement with operational capabilities. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into effective marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies across all target segments.

Job duties and Responsibilities  

  1. Develop and execute the global/regional marketing and sales strategy aligned with the Components MRO business plan.
  2. Own revenue growth, order intake, and customer acquisition targets for the Components MRO portfolio.
  3. Lead market segmentation, pricing strategy, value proposition development, and competitive positioning.
  4. Oversee key account management, sales pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
  5. Define go-to-market strategies for new components, repairs, service offerings, and capability expansions.
  6. Drive branding, digital marketing, customer communications, and trade show participation.
  7. Establish sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews; ensure disciplined CRM usage.
  8. Collaborate with operations and engineering to align capacity, turnaround times, and customer commitments.
  9. Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority limits to maximize margin and customer value.
  10. Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing organization.

  1. Sales and marketing execution plans within the approved annual budget.
  2. Customer engagement approaches, campaign tactics, and lead-generation activities.
