Role Overview:
Responsible for tracking engine progress from removal to induction to shop visit completion
Tasked with commercial and operational responsibility for assigned customers.
Focal for communication and coordination between shop and CPMs / Customers
Responsible for regular updates to customer and CPM on engine status
Responsible for continuous improvement in the GE and CFMS COM processes.
Work with other COMs to leverage and share best practices.
Responsible for the KPIs as determined by the Customer Programs Team.
Responsible for contract flow down to shop and operational profitability management
Responsible for working with Billing team for accurate invoicing
First point of contact for customer queries and disputes

Required Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors Degree holder or equivalent from recognized University
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering/operational environment, preferably in Aerospace industry
