Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a bustling reception area with primary responsibilities of handling the telephone switchboard, greeting guests, and regular administrative tasks. Many of our Customer Service Representatives have been promoted to key roles within the company as this position provides significant exposure to the various Avfuel divisions. The hours are 9 am - 6 pm Monday thru Friday.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Answer multi-line switchboard and transfers all calls to the proper individuals or departments
• Communicates professionally in person, on the phone, and in email correspondence
• Follow reception opening/closing procedures and all other procedures during shift
• Provides excellent customer skills while interacting with employees, customers, vendors and visitors
• Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints
• Maintain internal phone extension lists and calendars
• Clerical Assignments: mailings, creating letters, copying, faxing, managing incoming, outgoing USPS mail, UPS, and Fed-Ex
• Manage office supply purchases and delivery
• Help plan employee events
• Provide staff with notifications
• Oversee inventory, including purchasing and stocking of all paper goods, cleaning supplies, and food & beverage
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by management
