Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift 7AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $25.49 to $29.10 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking an Office Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical business operations at a world-class aerospace organization.


What You’ll Do

As an Office Administrator, you’ll ensure executive teams have the resources and support they need to stay focused on driving business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing executive calendars for three leaders, including scheduling, coordinating, and de-conflicting meetings.

  • Coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements using Concur.

  • Preparing and reconciling expense reports and supporting corporate credit card processes.

  • Creating, editing, and maintaining both written and electronic communications.

  • Tracking, maintaining, and sharing information relevant to department operations.

  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies, coffee, and canteen items.

  • Coordinating temporary parking passes and instant recognition redemptions.

  • Managing conference room schedules and logistics for executive-level internal and external events.

  • Providing guidance and support to less experienced employees.

  • Supporting additional projects as capacity allows.


What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can balance multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED and 4+ years of related administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

  • Experience coordinating travel and expenses, ideally with Concur.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

    This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting executive-level leadership.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to shifting priorities.

Pay Details: $25.49 to $29.10 per hour
