We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work within our high performing Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane, coordinating the post-offer process for Australia-wide and New Zealand recruitment.
This role is key to the success of our team, setting the tone for customer service to both candidates and hiring leaders, ensuring quality, accuracy and compliance within the recruitment function.
The scope of this role is broad and will include supporting talent acquisition specialists, coordinating recruitment processes, supporting new starters, providing support for systems and processes, monitoring legal compliance, problem solving, participating in advertising and other projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating the onboarding process of new employees into several Boeing subsidiaries across Australia and New Zealand
Supporting the talent acquisition team with Pre-Hire Checks and contingencies
Provide ongoing candidate and hiring manager support while following important timelines
Create and issue employment agreements and various letters
Maintaining and updating employee and candidate records to support the recruitment and selection process
Identify and develop process improvement opportunities
Ensure 100 data integrity of HR and TA systems
Participate in a range of TA Projects
Identify opportunities to innovate and improve our services
Desired Experience

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
High level attention to detail and accuracy, with well-developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills
A desire to constantly improve and look for opportunities to innovate and change, think outside the box and look for solutions.
Education
Relevant qualifications in HR or Business would be highly regarded but are not essential.
