Description:What You Will Be Doing:
As part of the C4ISR Team the mid-career candidate you will:
- Perform ELINT operations and operational analysis at various levels to determine parametric characterizations, functions and application of non-communications emissions.
- Process these emissions utilizing unique and proprietary OEM software and algorithms.
-Must be skilled in digital signal processing techniques, database management, and their relationships with associated equipment and systems.
-Conduct search and/or exploitation of data from various sources to prepare operational and/or technical reports.
-Provide detailed technical advice to military operators regarding target acquisition, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination strategies.
-You must have a strong working knowledge of applicable sensor system(s) and be able to provide military operators on-the-job training on specific system software functionality and system products as well as analysis and reporting skills.
-Coordinate with site personnel and the OEM contractor(s) in the support of CETS operations during all real-time operations, operational testing, and during both pre-mission and post-mission activities.
-During real-time operations, responsible for constantly monitoring sub-system health and actively intervening to resolve any detected problems with the CETS system/sensor while maximizing system availability.
-Develop procedures to operate and support the systems military operators when technical data is unavailable or inadequate. Prior operational experience with the CETS system is required.
-You must also support the requirements of the USAF worldwide deployable program and be capable of deploying in minimum time to meet mission requirements.

-You must have a current and active US Department of Defense (DoD) TS-SCI security clearance.
-A level 3 employee is typically mid-career and has 3 to 5+ years of professional experience.

- Knowledge of LINUX operating system and networking
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in
a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, or related Masters degree.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Rotating 40 hour week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,400 - $129,260. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
