Primary Job Duties
- Oversee and maintain documentation for pre-employment drug testing.
- Coordinate testing needs for new hires and internal transfers
- Maintain Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) DOT clearance records
- Notify individuals of positive test results in accordance with policy
- Process requests for Drug and Alcohol (D&A ) records
- Ensure compliance with DOT testing requirements for safety-sensitive roles.
- Act as a liaison for employees/management regarding testing policy and procedures
- Assist with internal auditing processes
- Conduct quality assurance, compliance checks, and retention reviews of D&A documentation.
- Upload and manage digital files in accordance with FAA/DOT and company retention guidelines.
- Collaborate with department teams to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in daily random and follow-up testing as needed
- Support the Manager on Duty (MOD) line and fulfill on-call responsibilities during assigned shifts
- Attend industry trainings when assigned
- Perform additional duties as assigned
