Our client is seeking experienced Avionics Technicians to join their team in Opa Locka, Florida. This role will focus on supporting specialized projects, including Starlink installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance on Bombardier corporate aircraft. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and confident in all aspects of avionics installation and repair.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of avionics systems on Bombardier corporate aircraft.
Support Starlink installation projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and safety standards.
Use Daniels kits for precision work, including terminating wires, pinning connectors, and assembling harnesses.
Route and secure wiring in compliance with engineering drawings and FAA regulations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Document all work performed accurately and completely per regulatory and client standards.
Requirements Minimum of 8 years avionics experience with a minimum of 5 years on corporate aircraft
Bombardier Corporate aircraft experience is preferred
Avionics modification experience highly preferred
Starlink installation experience is preferred.
Experience on Daniels Kits is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills for avionics systems and components is required
Experience with wire termination and connector pinning required.
Experience in wire routing, harness building, and terminating connectors is required
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals accurately.
Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
