You will partner with world class engineerings and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project timelines and deliverables, prepare and maintain project schedules using project management tools
- Cost development and budget analysis on a project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute new product development projects
- Estimation development and analysis
- Metric development and regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and standards
- Conduct risks assessment, monitor project performance
Qualifications
- University degree in an engineering field
- Technical background, preferably in electrical or software engineering
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- 3-5 years’ experience in project engineering role (schedule and milestone development, project estimation, cost and budget estimation etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in the aerospace, automotive, medical, or power/energy industries is an advantage
