Position: Intern
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (remote work)

Internship Details:
During your 3-month paid internship, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience through a structured program divided into three key phases:
Basic Training: You’ll learn the essential tools and technologies used by our engineers.
On-the-Job Training: You’ll apply these tools to a specific project, gaining practical experience.
Project Involvement: You’ll put your newly acquired knowledge to use, working on real-world projects.
Throughout the program, you’ll also have the chance to learn about Lean principles, enhance your soft skills, and participate in an English-speaking club. You’ll work closely with our teams on various projects, contributing to meaningful solutions and making an impact. This internship is designed to provide both professional exposure and personal growth, helping you develop your skills in a real-world setting.
You can become a part of one of following teams: Avionics, Production and Industrial Engineering, Payloads, Customer Support, Spares Manufacturing, Spares Design, Airplane Programs Structures Design, Airplane Programs Structures Stress.
Key Requirements:
To be eligible for this internship opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled as a 3rd to 5th grade student at a Ukrainian aviation or technical university.
Upper intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
Passionate about the aviation industry with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
