Payrate: $40 to $70 1st shift - 7am to 3:30 pm
Your Mission: Precision, Performance, ImpactAs an NC Programmer, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and validating production-ready data models, programming 5-axis CNC machines, and providing essential CAD design support. Your work ensures our aircraft components—from grips to yokes—are machined with the highest accuracy, quality, and compliance, keeping the aerospace world flying safely and smoothly.
What You’ll DoDevelop and validate production-ready data models, functional and logical decompositions, and traceability documentation.
Complete all non-recurring CNC programming tasks for the ROCs grip and yoke machining operations.
Create auxiliary CAD designs to support production requirements aligned with ROC needs.
Maintain detailed documentation for all NC programs to ensure strong process control.
Analyze and interpret complex engineering drawings, models, specifications, and quality documents.
Schedule multiple projects, estimate costs and hours reliably, and potentially lead the workflow of peers.
Develop and manage tooling/fixture definitions using both modern MCAD and legacy methods.
Apply aerospace GD&T tolerances with expertise.
Create and maintain loft MCAD models, flat patterns, and digital tooling programs.
Execute CATIA (V6 / 3DX) programs and operator instructions for numerical controlled equipment.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
Two years of college and two years of experience, or four years of equivalent experience.
Relevant coursework in:
Mathematics through Trigonometry and Analytical Geometry
Engineering Materials
Processing Technology
CADAM, CATIA, and APT programming
Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
At least two years of NC programming experience.
Proficiency in CATIA (V6 / 3DX) modeling and surfacing (must be reflected on resume).
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of CATIA (V6 / 3DX) NC programming
5-axis CNC NC programming experience
5-axis CNC probing programming experience
Familiarity with Giddings & Lewis and/or Starrag Heckert 5-axis machines

Pay Details: $40.00 to $70.00 per hour
