You will be the leader of the Special Repair Activity (SRA) team in Chambersburg, PA. Our team is responsible for providing depot-level repairs for selected components of the Modernized Target Designation Sight/Pilotage Night Vision System (M-TADS/PNVS) and Fire Control Radar (FCR), playing a critical role in supporting the Apache Fire Control program objectives.

What You Will Be Doing
As the leader of the SRA, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the SRA, including coordinating repairs, refurbishments, modifications, and resets of M-TADS/PNVS and FCR components. You will also interface with the Apache Fire Control program staff to respond to requirements for modifications, refurbishments, and repairs of M-TADS/PNVS and FCR hardware.

Your responsibilities will include:
•Leading the SRA team to accomplish tasks in repairs, refurbishments, modifications, or reset of M-TADS/PNVS and FCR components
•Managing site activities, including receipt, storage, shipping, and inventory control of M-TADS/PNVS and FCR related inventory
•Maintaining logistics integration of the SRA in the AFC sustainment network
•Analyzing requirements for repair parts and ensuring requirements are satisfied
•Managing maintenance, repair, calibration, and/or replacement of test equipment and tooling
•Providing status updates on hardware, manpower, and equipment to management and customers
•Ensuring compliance with company, corporate, state, and federal policies, regulations, and laws

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Strong leadership skills with knowledge with proven experience in leading employees at technical and non-technical roles.
Knowledge and experience in managing employees to accomplish objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and experience in warehouse operations and basic warehouse machinery.
Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements.
Knowledge and experience in policies and procedures for the control of Government property.
Knowledge and experience working with hazardous materials.
Understand Supply Chain Management & stand-alone depot operations.
Knowledge and experience with flight line operations, test equipment, and inventory control.
Desired Skills:
Active Secret security clearance.
Knowledge and experience of flight hardware and depot repair operations.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing employees to accomplish objectives.
Knowledge and experience in using Logistics IT Tools.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and develop and deliver oral presentations to senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements.
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
