• Develop advanced competency in wide range of Industrial Engineering Methods and Lean tools, and coach associates in the use and implementation of Lean principles.
• Partner, develop and execute standard Capacity Utilization process in partnership with the local Operations, Lean and Industrial Engineering Leaders.
• Improves workflow by studying process flow charts, recommending modifications in workflow and workstations, and developing new procedures.
• Improves labor and machine utilization by studying work methods, layout, and equipment modifications, designing new methods, and recommending job restructuring. Creates Standard Work and implements visual management to material flow and process optimization.
• Share and communicate advanced industrial engineering process flows and work streams to be used by the operations as Best Practice Standards across the Supply Chain.
• Use Lean Process Improvement methodologies, expertise, and judgment to creatively address complicated and/or interdependent processes, develop execution plans and communicate benefits/risk.
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others options on topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university - Industrial Engineering Degree Preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of facilitating lean transformations or Supply Chain operations experience
• Willing to travel up to 60 of the time.

Desired Characteristics and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience facilitating lean transformations or Supply Chain operations. 
• Masters degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
