YOUR ROLE AS A: Senior Executive Procurement
Are you a strategic sourcing specialist ready to make a significant impact? As a Senior Executive Procurement, youll be a key player in strategically managing sourcing requests and initiatives within your assigned category in Thailand. Youll drive incredible value, optimize costs, ensure rock-solid compliance, and build strong relationships that keep our supply chain resilient and ready for anything.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Strategic Sourcing Execution: Execute sourcing requests, develop strategies, and implement planned actions for your assigned category, focusing on value creation, cost efficiency, and compliance.
Performance Reporting: Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on project status and KPIs, contributing to improved cash flow, risk management, and overall compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive assigned projects by collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely achievement of objectives.
Supplier Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a reliable and resilient supply base for your assigned category through effective supplier evaluation, relationship management, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.
User Partnership: Proactively communicate and partner closely with internal users, understanding their needs and ensuring continuous value delivery along with high levels of customer service.
Contract Management: Oversee contract execution and ensure suppliers comply with all agreed terms & conditions, escalating issues as needed.
Insightful Analysis: Conduct deep dives into category data, providing actionable insights to drive smart procurement decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Champion ongoing enhancements in Procurement practices, from commercial optimization to process enhancement in category sourcing activities.
WHO YOU ARE:
You hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
You bring at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
You have a solid track record of contributing to significant procurement projects and achieving measurable cost savings and value creation.
Youre skilled at interpreting complex data, conducting financial analysis, and turning insights into action.
You possess excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Youre proficient in procurement software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
You demonstrate high levels of diligence, accountability, and attention to detail, taking full ownership of your tasks.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
You are a professional in English Communication and can work at Don Mueang International Airport.
