Are you a data-driven financial expert with a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering insights that matter? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Power & Controls Afterspanet in Windsor Locks, CT. As a key player in the aerospace industry, your work will directly influence strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
What You’ll DoAs a Senior Financial Analyst (Full-Time Consultant – 12 Months), you’ll be the go-to expert for Afterspanet budgeting and reporting. Your key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining advanced budget analysis tools for department heads and budget administrators.
Analyzing internal financial statements and investigating significant variances.
Training and guiding stakeholders on financial tools and consistent monthly reporting.
Documenting procedures and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
Supporting government accounting budgeting requests tied to department budgets.
Required & Preferred QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial communications.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Experience with SAP and/or OneStream.
Previous work in aerospace or a highly regulated industry.
Demonstrated success in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Pay Details: $56.63 per hour
