Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-Project consulting support for a portfolio pipeline of initiatives and business process changes
- Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for Finance
- Capture and communicate business direction, challenges, and requirements, suggest commercially and technically viable ideas to improve business performance
- Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions and SAP and non-SAP data extraction and modeling
- Perform analysis on and translate user needs into business and technical requirements
- Conduct thorough testing of SAP Finance solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Continuously monitor the SAP Finance platform and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise
- Manage vendors and other ither stakeholders, QA their deliverables and resolve any defects and non-compliance in standards addressed promptly
- Work independently to ensure successful, on-time delivery of projects by anticipating dependencies and impediments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 7 years of SAP Finance experience, including but not limited to SAP S4/Hana - FICO, Banking and Project System, in designing, developing, and implementing solutions
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques
