SUMMARY:

• Running parts between warehouses verifying shipping records and correct packaging and labeling.
• Unpacking received goods, checking for damage and accuracy of shipment, and working with materials, transport companies, assist with packaging parts securely.
• Performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the products and materials received and shipped.
• Ensures proper marking and storage of shipping containers.
• Provides support with crate repairs and ensures proper containers are used for shipping products back
• Maintains and Organizes Crates
• Prepare customer shipments for deliver
• Provides Inputs and Shipping/Receiving Reports, dail
• Taking pictures of Customer Property and uploading these images to ECI data base daily
• Deliver specific merchandise to a designated area on a timely basis with the use of a pallet jack or forklif
• Clean warehouse and its perspective areas as needed
• Follow all safety requirements for the areas and while operating equipment
• Verify all warehouse requisitions to ensure all product is delivered
• Report any product damage to management and warehouse
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
• MUST have Forklift Driving experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as Shipping and Receiving clerk or similar role.
• High school diploma/GED
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Written and oral comprehension skills
• Able to complete tasks with little to no direct supervision
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a complex, fast-moving environment
• Forklift operator required
• Prefer working knowledge and ability to use various office software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google email, internet skills, and Corridor.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull, carry or otherwise manipulate objectsbility to perform tasks requiring action of muscles or groups of muscles and foot and/or hand-eye coordination.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to successfully lift items up to 1lbs.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat or kneel regularly, as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks.
• Able to operate common industry power equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
• Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
• Forklift experience a MUST!

• MUST be able to pass a 10 year federal background check in order to obtain an airport security badge.
