Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Tool Crib Attendant for our client, located in Victorville, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in order picking, inventory control, and tool/parts handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue, receive, and track tools, equipment, and consumables to/from technicians
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of tools
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Monitor tool conditions and coordinate repair or replacement as needed
- Assist in ordering and restocking supplies
- Keep the tool crib clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
- Utilize computer systems to track inventory and tool usage
- Support maintenance and operations teams with tool needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a tool crib, inventory control, or order picking environment preferred
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory tracking software a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable and team-oriented
