Per Diem Split offered if over 50 miles from job.
Must possess their own tools. Must be comfortable with 12-hour shift work, which includes days / nights and weekends.
Work Schedule:
- 6:30AM – 7PM (Day shift)
- 6:30PM – 7AM (Night shift) (Company is on temp 4 days 12 hours shift) to meet customer demand.
- Compressed Panama Schedule, which is 3 days on, 4 days off, the 4 days on, 3 days off (3/4/4/3).
- MUST be able to work day OR night shift (12 hours)
- There is a front and back half to week.
- Front: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Every other Wednesday
- Back: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday
TOOL REQUIREMENTS:
Technicians are required to bring tools for the position they are hired for (See below)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years work experience as an Aircraft Technician.
- MRO experience is a plus.
- If former military, those with military aircraft maintenance experience such as Depot/lsochronal/Phase inspections is a plus.
***OR***
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Aircraft Technician.
- CRJ airframe OR Challenger airframe experience required
- MRO experience is a plus.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) or Airframe (A) License required.
- Must possess their own tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English aircraft maintenance action both verbally and in writing.
- Must be comfortable with 12-hour shift work, which includes days / nights and weekends.
TOOL REQUIREMENTS:
- Technicians are required to bring tools for the position they are hired for Toolbox:
- Technicians are required to have a lockable portable toolbox to store their tools in, e.g. roll around cabinet, chest, carrying tray. A Rubbermaid-like box, shoebox or grocery bag is not acceptable.
- Toolboxes must be marked with Technician’s first and last name and a unique identifying symbol mark.
Tools:
All tools coming into the facility must be etched with a unique identifying tool marking and checked in with an company Representative. Every Technician will need a
unique identifying tool marking on each of their tools. This should be done prior to their first day. If a Technician already has a unique identifying tool symbol marked on their tools, please let us know what it is / looks like and we will evaluate to ensure it meets our Quality Department’s compliance. Otherwise, the unique identifying marking should be the employee’s first initial, last initial, and any 2 numbers they choose. Example: JW19
Upon completion of a task and/or shift change, Technicians are responsible for tool inventory. If a tool cannot be located, the technician must complete a lost tool/item
report before the end of their shift.
The following items are NOT permitted into our facility. Please remove before coming onsite:
- Spare parts or hardware
- Consumable, shelf life, hazardous or flammable materials
- Calibrated / Precision measuring tools
- Pictures, posters, or stickers that may be considered offensive
- Weapons
- Prescription Bottles
