Schedule: Monday–Friday First Shift
Job Type: Full-Time 6-Month Contract (Temp-to-Perm Potential)
Your ImpactAs an A&P Mechanic, you’ll ensure aircraft are safe, compliant, and ready for flight. Your expertise in maintenance, repair, and inspection will directly support operational readiness and the highest standards of aviation safety.
What You’ll DoPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes and engines in accordance with FAA Part 145 requirements
Conduct major sheet metal repairs and fabricate sheet metal and composite components as needed
Install modification kits and assist with aircraft fly-offs
Ensure all maintenance work meets regulatory, safety, and company standards
Accurately document all maintenance activities and completed work
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and apply corrective actions
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and safety compliance
Support additional maintenance and operational tasks as assigned
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
3+ years of experience in commercial turbine helicopter maintenance (Part 145 environment preferred)
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with sheet metal and composite fabrication
Familiarity with helicopter maintenance operations and modifications
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. individually and 50 lbs. with assistance
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing tasks involving kneeling, crawling, climbing, and bending
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment while maintaining precision and safety

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
