Our client, a Part 145 repair station and the maintenance division of a private jet charter company, is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join their Allentown team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about aviation safety, precision, and excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform maintenance operations, including cabling, component removal/installation, wire harness work, and continuity checks
Conduct aircraft testing in power-on mode
Remove and install avionics systems
Interpret and follow manufacturers installation specs and maintenance manuals
Fabricate and install wiring assemblies, static lines, and mechanical equipment based on technical drawings
Complete 91.411 and 91.413 checks
Supply own working tools
Take on additional duties as assigned
Requirements 1-2 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic
Gulfstream experience is required.
Experience on GV or G550 is HIGHLY preferred
Factory training a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Airframe License OR Powerplant License is required.
Valid A&P License preferred.
Prior experience with aviation electrical and avionics systems
