We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to perform line maintenance, both on-call and scheduled, for various customers aircraft. This role involves executing routine maintenance and airworthiness releases, ensuring aircraft are returned to service in accordance with approval scopes. The technician will be responsible for servicing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft, engines, and associated components, while effectively meeting deadlines and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance duties and activities as assigned.
• Execute troubleshooting on systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain fully functioning equipment according to Approved Technical Data.
• Ensure all departing aircraft are safe per Federal Aviation Regulations and the air carrier/manufacturer manuals.
• Document all work performed accurately.
• Collaborate and communicate with the air carrier’s maintenance control center as required.

• A&P License
• Experience with line maintenance
• Proficiency in maintenance repair
• Knowledge of Boeing aircraft models including 747, 737, 787, 777, 767, 757
• Knowledge of Airbus models including A320, A321, A350

• Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends
• Ability to work shifts that vary between 4 days/10 hours and 5 days a week
• Comfortable working in a 24-hour operation

This position is based at JFK Airport, where shifts are assigned post-training or according to customer release schedules.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
