Job Title: Helicopter MechanicJob DescriptionAs a Helicopter Mechanic, you will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on helicopters. You will diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidance, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft operation. Additionally, you will maintain accurate maintenance records and logs and collaborate with pilots and operations staff to support safe and timely flight operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on helicopters.
- Conduct inspections and repairs according to FAA regulations and manufacturer guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Collaborate with pilots and operations staff for safe and timely flight operations.
- Ensure compliance with FAA Part 43 and Part 91 maintenance requirements.
Essential Skills- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
- Experience with reciprocating engine rotor wing aircraft, preferably Robinson.
- Proficiency in helicopter inspection and maintenance.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations related to aircraft maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with reciprocating engine rotor wing aircraft is mandatory.
