This position will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of production and facilities equipment. Provides technical support to department for repairs, maintains weekly/monthly KPI’s and works in CMMS to ensure accuracy of planned or completed work.

Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that PSM covered equipment repairs are completed compliantly with necessary documentation. Proposes plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
  • Tracks department KPI’s and acts as CMMS data integrity leader. Drives to supplement or enhance CMMS data to provide greater detail and transparency.
  • Utilizes previous experience to track down technical data and solutions in support of department objectives. Collaborates with internal and external sources to resolve technical issues.
  • Creates reports and dashboards in CMMS in support of all departments sitewide.
  • Acts as backup for Facilities Specialist as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years industrial maintenance or reliability experience
  • Minimum of 3 years industrial manufacturing experience

Desired Characteristics

  • Engineering Degree from Accredited University or College and 5+ years experience in a PSM Manufacturing Environment or 10+ years experience in a PSM Manufacturing Environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and influence others.
  • Experience working in a CMMS  
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. This role will utilize MS Excel extensively.
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge for maintenance applications such as torque values, gasket requirements, etc.
  • Experience using Maximo to analyze work orders, modify PM’s and extract data for KPI reporting purposes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certifications or Experience
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Certification
