We are seeking a Quality Inspector with a strong QC/QA background in corporate aviation. This role is responsible for performing floor inspections and managing all required documentation to ensure aircraft are maintained and returned to service in full compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspections on corporate aircraft to ensure compliance with FAA regulations, OEM maintenance manuals, and company procedures
• Conduct floor inspections verifying maintenance, repairs, and alterations are completed in accordance with approved data
• Complete and review maintenance documentation including logbook entries, FAA Form 337s, and all return-to-service requirements
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of all records prior to aircraft release
• Interpret and apply technical data including engineering drawings, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, avionics, and interior teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper corrective actions
• Verify tooling, equipment, and calibrated inspection devices are used correctly
• Support internal and external audits and maintain QA/QC records

Qualifications:

• Experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within corporate aviation or business jet environment
• Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations and return-to-service requirements
• Experience completing log entries and FAA Form 337s
• Ability to read and interpret OEM manuals and technical data
• High attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational skills
• A&P License required

REQUIRED Experience:

• Corporate aircraft platforms (e.g., Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, Textron)
• Experience in MRO or completion center environments
