Job Title: Quality InspectorJob Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will inspect and test new and reworked tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to ensure they conform to specifications such as dimensions and tolerances. You will apply your knowledge of tools such as calipers, height gauges, testing equipment, and other general hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and test new and reworked tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for conformance to specifications.
- Apply knowledge of tools such as calipers, height gauges, testing equipment, and other general hand tools.
- Perform visual inspections and quality control checks.
- Use blueprints, micrometers, and calipers to ensure accurate measurements.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and findings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- Knowledge of GD&T is a plus
- Willingness to learn how to use FARO ARM machine

Work Environment
You will work in a large, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in teams of two within working cells. The dress code is business casual. Initial training will be on the first shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm) for 2 weeks up to a month, before transitioning to the second shift (3:30 pm to 11:00 pm) from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime and occasional Saturdays. The second shift offers a 10 shift differential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
