Job Title: Structures Modification Mechanic
Location: Tulsa, OK
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sheet metal, structural, and mechanical adjustments on aircraft.
- Disassemble and reassemble mechanical components, diagnose issues, and ensure system functionality.
- Review and interpret technical manuals and other detailed guidelines.
- Carry out flight control rigging and set up/maintain oxygen systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a 145 Repair Station as an experienced sheet metal/structure aircraft mechanic.
- Skilled in schematic interpretation and prototype construction.
- Strong abilities in structural mechanics, sheet metal, and aircraft upgrades.
- Preferred but not required: expertise in flight control rigging and oxygen systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
- Airframe & Powerplant License is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency with ISR aircraft packages, general aviation, and corporate aircraft.
- Familiarity with DOD integrations, including Honeywell and Gulfstream systems.
- Military aviation experience or knowledge of military aircraft systems is a benefit.
Employment Details:
- Duration: 18 weeks (contract to hire).
- Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM–4:30 PM).
- Friday and Saturday: 8-hour shifts (6:00 AM–2:30 PM).
- Total of 56 hours per week.
- Pay Rate: $32–$38 per hour.
Work Environment:
- Contribute to installing ISR packages on the Sky Warden (L3Harris OA-1K Skyraider II), a modified Air Tractor AT-802U designed for SOCOM’s Armed Overwatch program.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
