Job Description Please Note this position supports our 4th Shift, Fri-Sun, 6am-6pm. You will be paid a 10 Pay Premium while working the 4th Shift. Also, though you work 36 hours, you will be paid for 40 hours.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.

BAE systems is seeking an experienced Test Tech to support our RF module production across multiple programs.
Testing and tuning complex microwave and RF modules using methods such as adjusting .001 wire, .003 ribbon and making adjustments on die.
Troubleshooting, debugging and testing using precise measurements on a variety of electronic equipment (oscillators, audio oscillators, standing wave amplifiers, multimeters, phase sensitive demodulators, volt-ohm meters, logic analyzers, AF and RF signal generators and wave meters).
Working with schematics, diagrams, test specifications and sketches to understand engineering and customer requirements and how to perform tests.
Performing routine analysis of data to check and verify applicability and accuracy.
Working under microscope for long lengths of time.
