Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to the growth and success of our organization as we strive to maintain high standards of quality and safety in aircraft manufacturing. Key ResponsibilitiesTig weld and fabricate aircraft parts in accordance with OEM Customer Specifications; steel, stainless, aluminum, inconel, titanium.Silver Braze aircraft parts to OEM Customer SpecificationsCreate fixtures for assembliesPlan all weld operations, in process inspections and any other operations requiring welding operations on time and on budgetMeet all quality standards and proceduresMaintaining a clean work area, and alerting their supervisor of any safety concernsAny other duties assignedQualificationsCanadian provincial Red Seal Journeyman or equivalent, or equivalent ticket from another country as approved by the Training and Apprenticeship Committee, is considered an assetAble to assist in training, directing and supervising Junior employeesAble to work safely and efficiently with a minimum of supervision
