Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for slots planning of GE offload shop visit in SSAMC.
- Responsible for GE offload ship visit operations complying with offload agreement.
- Responsible for daily coordination of fulfillment issues related to offload agreement and Customer Service Agreements
- Work with CPMs for resolution of issues related to shop processes
- Gather shop commitments and communicates status to the customer
- Responsible for warranty and guarantee administration including prevention and identification of potential claims and management of actual claims
- Responsible for resolution of offload SV invoice dispute and supportive for customer invoice dispute solving.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate component and program activities as assigned
- Perform detailed analysis of assigned programs and components
- Review business options for impacts on profit, for compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction
- Manage shop performance, build up close loop to continuously improve customer experience, and shop delivery
- Coordinate assigned program elements with supporting and supported groups
- Apply and improve upon standard work in area of responsibility.
- Identify sources of waste and customer dissatisfaction, escalate to leadership team and work among the team to find solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above in Aerospace or relevant field.
- Minimal 3 years working experience in engineering or customer support in Aerospace.
- Technical expertise on aircraft engines or MOR experience is strongly desired.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
