Executive Flight Operations (EFO) is seeking an Executive Flight Operations Fleet Lead Mid-level Manager in Gary, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining crew currency and qualifications while leading a team of high-performing pilots and maintenance professionals who prioritize safety and quality above all else. This position requires strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills, as it involves working across multiple disciplines.
As Fleet Lead, you will collaborate with various functions within the enterprise and with external business partners to execute our business objectives while embodying Boeings values.
Position Responsibilities:
Execute our Fleet and Connectivity strategy
Oversee Regulatory Compliance and Sustainment programs
Manage fleet modifications
Coach, mentor, and develop team members
Manage costs and budgetary goals, ensuring performance aligns with plans while proactively identifying risks and opportunities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
Experience in Business Aviation Flight and Aircraft Maintenance operations
Knowledge and application of Safety Management Systems
Project Management experience

Summary Pay Range: $204,850 – $277,150
