Job Description:
Airbus S.A.S. is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Anti-Corruption Compliance Manager (f/m) to join our Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Programme Organization based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team of 14 employees developing and implementing processes to work in a compliant way with our third parties. In particular, you will lead the compliance review of acquisitions, divestments, joint-ventures, investments and other similar transactions from an anti-corruption perspective in a very autonomous way.

Your challenges:Manage M&A due diligence work for strategic deals:
Conduct thorough due diligence on all the corporate M&A transactions to identify compliance risks through a variety of tools, including but not limited to desktop due diligence, interview, document review;
Coordinate due diligence with the other teams involved in the M&A process, in particular the finance, legal, export control and divisional E&C teams in a very challenging business environment;
Negotiate contract clauses to ensure Airbus is protected from the risks identified during the due diligence;
Ensure irreproachable record keeping for all stages of a file, for all files to ensure a consistent level of checks is applied.
Ensure a similar E&C due diligence process is applied within the deals managed at Division level;
Manage updates to the process and toolkits
Coordinate feedback collection and manage updates to the policy to ensure that we have a working, consistent and risk based way of working;
Make regular updates to the tools and guidance documents and promote their consistent use across the community.
Coordinate answer to auditors
Overall involvement in Third Party Management team work
Your boarding pass:7 to 10 years of experience advising on compliance and anti-corruption, ideally through a mix of law firm and in-house roles (aerospace industry experience is a plus) including on M&A transactions,
Substantive knowledge of FCPA, Sapin 2, UK Bribery Act and / or OECD anti-corruption rules
Strong analytical & organizational skills, with ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with competing timelines and business objectives
Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to present and defend position before an audience of senior colleagues
Ability to work independently but also as part of team in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Fluent level in English (bilingual) is mandatory both in writing and speaking.
