Drive High-Impact Programs in a Fast-Paced Aerospace EnvironmentPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our aerospace client’s Program Management Office supporting the A220 and Embraer E190-E2 programs. This role is key in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance product performance, streamline processes, and deliver lasting value.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
What You’ll Do:Lead project management activities for the A220 and Embraer E190-E2 Engine Build-Up (EBU) programs
Own and manage project cost, schedules, and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules tracking key milestones and deliverables
Drive product improvements and cost-reduction initiatives through lean manufacturing principles and supplier coordination
Manage cross-functional initiatives that enhance producibility, quality, and operational efficiency
Lead engineering change efforts and supply chain transitions to support program financial goals
Implement active risk management strategies to mitigate impacts on schedule, cost, and product quality
What We’re Looking For:Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience in project or program management within the aerospace industry
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive alignment across business units
Strong planning and organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, cost control, and schedule tracking tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting aircraft programs or engine build-up operations
Background in engineering or supply chain roles is a plus
Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools

Pay Details: $55.79 per hour
