How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Transaction Processing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with experience in service center implementation and optimization. This role is critical in establishing and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end processes across our operating model. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and improving processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.The Project Manager’s responsibilities will include:Lead a cross-functional working group to analyze and improve service center processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and establish measurable performance metrics for service center operations.Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for end-to-end processes. Develop operational goals and a process roadmap. Manage process taxonomy, design processes and policies, and handle change requests. Review process performance and ensure governance for process adoption. Monitor contract deliverables and changes. Ensure contract compliance and develop recovery plans. Manage and escalate issues. Share leading practices and leverage cross-process opportunities. Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team on reporting and analytics. Optimize the service delivery model with Regional and Global Delivery Leads. Create a prioritized pipeline of process improvements. Determine opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency. Build business cases for process opportunities and advocate for funding. Deploy and adopt standard processes globally with regional customization. Make key decisions on process performance and financial management. Lead major process redesign efforts. Foster a culture of process excellence and improvement. Collaborate for consistency across policy, process, and data. Ensure resources are trained on processes, policies, and systems.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Proven experience in process improvement and service center optimization, preferably in the aviation or transportation industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on drawing concise conclusions from complex analyses across multiple data resources.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and build consensus across diverse teams, using intracompany relationships to drive results.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.High level of professionalism, the ability to recognize and address problems with the appropriate sense of urgency and the capacity to work independently with minimal instruction or supervision.Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. . Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
