The Digital Experimentation team plays a critical role in Delta Air Lines’ Digital Experience team. As a Senior Product Leader, Experimentation, you will harness the power of online experimentation to glean critical insights that shape the way our customers shop, book and interact with content on our digital channels. By leveraging both your creative and analytical skillset, the team member will work to help foster a culture of creativity and testing, working closely with Digital teams assess and prioritize our test backlog, and work to develop, launch, and assess optimization tests. Many of the tests will ultimately drive investment in IT development – implementing changes based on learnings from winning tests.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end testing strategy for Digital Experimentation functionGrow functional capabilities for testing through product ownership and leadership Design and deploy A/B tests to learn more about our customers and improve the Digital ecosystem Maintain relationships with digital product teams (Search and Purchase, Digital Loyalty, Trip Management, Digital Self Service and others) and other stakeholders to stay abreast of business developments and industry trends to drive a robust backlog of ideasWork with the Digital Tools team, various product teams, and Analytics teams to guide ideas from ideation through technical/design/analytic assessmentsIdentify success metrics and design test analytics planSocialize backlog and ensure alignment regarding testing prioritiesPartner with all stakeholders to gain approvals, perform QA testing, and launch the testsUtilize Adobe Analytics to assess and monitor performance of testsCommunicate test results to stakeholders and digital leadership, influencing direction with use of data and storytelling
