How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The TechOps Supply Chain Management team is seeking an experienced professional to join as a Sourcing Manager, responsible for the strategic sourcing and supplier performance management of key Delta Tech Ops suppliers. The Supply Chain Sourcing Manager is responsible for supporting the development of commodity sourcing strategies, sourcing initiatives, risk management, and Delta-partner initiatives. This role also is integral for delivering year-over-year savings utilizing strategic sourcing processes and a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach to recommendations. This position will be integral to managing supplier performance, including regular scorecard reviews, development, execution, and monitoring of performance improvement plans and supporting operationally critical supplier requirements. Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks): Assists in the execution of the sourcing strategies, including RFPs, supplier selection, negotiation of commercial terms for contracts, etc. Manages regular supplier performance scorecard reviews and performance improvement plans/actions. Jointly develops performance improvement plans and progress, ensuring consistent performance improvements by the supplier Manages the contract implementation process with business partners to ensure contract compliance and value capture. Supports the CAP evaluation process and implementation of key findings Works closely with the warranty/entitlements team to support warranty claims Manage negotiation and execution of appropriate contracts, SOWs, Amendments, NDAs Utilize best practices throughout the strategic sourcing process including, bid development and management, proposal analysis, supplier risk assessment, business case creation, commercial term negotiations, and contract writing Manage and track internal contract compliance for managed commodities Responsible for maintaining strong working relationships cross-divisionally with peers, collaboratively working to execute strategic initiatives to meet operational and commercial objectives critical to the development, modification, and upkeep of Delta’s fleet of aircraft

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Engineering Minimum of 1 to 3 years Supply Chain Management or related maintenance/operational field experience Demonstrated project management skills and ability to effectively work with multiple, diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels High quality presentation and communication skills, value-based decision analysis, financial modeling, and consensus building Ability to manage interactions with others; building value-based relationships; exerting personal influence Demanding work hours - flexibility required. Some travel required. Must be performing satisfactorily in current position Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
