Job Description:
· Overseeing the attendance tracking system and ensuring its accuracy and proper usage.
· Keep track of attendance records, monitor lateness/absence/manual miss punches, etc.
· Identifying trends, such as absenteeism or tardiness, and providing insights to management.
· Ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
· Maintain documentation of attendance-related discussions and follow-ups with employees.
· Generate and distribute regular attendance reports and metrics for planning and operational decision-making.
· Delivering discipline in a timely manner
· Report to their Reporting Manager any unauthorized time or discrepancies.
· Other tasks and duties as assigned
Required Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Personable and professional demeanor.
• Have the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age;
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent;
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English;
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record;
• Capable of lifting comfortably 30 lbs.; Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
