• Morning Shift: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Pay range: $20–$24 per hour
• Weekly pay provided

We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our production team, building components for advanced satellite systems. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting where precision and teamwork matter.

Key Duties

• Work alongside colleagues to assemble parts and components
• Prepare and stage materials for production
• Operate basic hand tools to construct small assemblies
• Inspect, clean, and package finished products for shipment
• Transport and organize parts as required

• Minimum of 1 year experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, or warehouse operations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Odessa, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Odessa,TX.
