Duration: 06 Months (Possible extension)
Pay Range: $15/Hr to $17.50//Hr on W2
This role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within the manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills.
Primary Focus
- Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to comply with production schedules and quality standards
- Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
- Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.
- Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
- Log production data and report any defects or process deviations.
- Perform Hardware analysis or test replication to identify the root cause of defects.
- Perform material movements through integrated systems.
- Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma or technical certification.
Experience:
- Less than 1 year relevant experience, with experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity; familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures ; basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface ; and ability to lift and handle server components safely.
