Arconic is currently in search of an Associate Incident Investigator (Cyber Security) to join our Corporate Information Security Team based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Summary:
Associate Incident Investigators perform review, investigation, and remediation of security events from various deployed enterprise IT security solutions. They develop documentation and communications for IT security processes and serve as a point of contact in key incident response functions for the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Perform triage of security incident events and alerts from Endpoint Detection and Response technology, Email security technology, security event log data, forensics software and other tools, and engage appropriate teams for escalation
- Support the maintenance and evolution of the Arconic Incident Response processes
- Serve as an information security resource and advisor to partners in IT and in the business, driving operational process improvements

- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified IT candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
You have: (required)
- Associate degree from an accredited institution.
- Three years’ experience in an enterprise IT role.
- Demonstrated experience in and exposure to cyber security risk and mitigation strategies, technologies, programs, and operations
- Familiarity with popular Endpoint Detection and Response and Email Security platforms
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Exceptional Candidates also have: (preferred)
- Bachelors’ degree in Cybersecurity/Forensics/Computer Science/IT/IS, Business, Math, Finance, Engineering, Economics or Accounting from an accredited institution
- 2 or more years’ experience in IT Cyber Security
- Experience in Security Engineering and Platform Management
