Job Title: Automotive Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking candidates with automotive repair experience who are interested in cross-training for the repair and overhaul of landing gear. Candidates must have mechanical assembly experience and be proficient in reading from prints. Experience with calipers, micrometers, and basic hand tools is essential.
Responsibilities
- Repair and overhaul landing gear.
- Perform mechanical assembly and read from technical prints.
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, and basic hand tools on a daily basis.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Calibrate and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic components.
Essential Skills- Mechanical assembly experience.
- Proficiency in reading technical prints.
- Experience with calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to use basic hand tools effectively.
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience, particularly with brakes, engines, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Troubleshooting skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in calibration and repair tasks.

Work Environment
The work environment offers two shifts: Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 11:30 pm for the second shift, and Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm for the first shift. Training is conducted on the first shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
