- Minimum 2 years of administrative or training support experience (aviation or training center experience preferred).
- Familiar with FAA regulations, including Part 142 and FTSP requirements is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced use of Excel as well as solid working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint for communication, documentation, and presentation of data insights.
- Comfortable with Adobe Acrobat Pro for creating and editing forms and PDFs.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Customer-service mindset and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.

- Must be flexible and able to work various hours and weekends

Salary Range: $52,500-$71,000
