Key Responsibilities

• Lead hangar maintenance operations, including A-checks, Service visit, OOS and Add Task.
• Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations (AAC, FAA, and other applicable authorities).
• Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to all safety and quality standards.
• Oversee planning and execution of maintenance activities to meet operational and on-time performance targets.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of licensed aircraft mechanics, engineers, and supervisors.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to ensure efficient aircraft turnaround.
• Monitor KPIs such as aircraft availability, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and safety metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and maintenance processes.
• Manage hangar capacity planning aligned with fleet growth and maintenance demand.

Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing Boeing 737 (NG/MAX) fleets is highly desirable.
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance License issued by a recognized aeronautical authority
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in MRO environments or airline technical operations is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams in high-pressure, operational environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
