About the RoleAs a Guest Services Assistant (GSA) with AirAsia X based in Taipei, you will be the face of our airline on the ground. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and safe guest experience, ensuring every guest journey is smooth from check-in to boarding and arrival.
Your ResponsibilitiesMaintain the highest standards of safety, security, and service excellence during all phases of ground operations.
Ensure compliance with all Airline Standards, Safety Procedures, and local regulations.
Your DutiesYour TraitsPleasant, friendly, and mature personality with a passion for customer service.
Humble, honest, and meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
Proactive self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or local language (Mandarin recommended).
Willing and able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
