Job Description:

Tasks

Your main task will be to support the setup of Jira, manage delivery and project tasks for a PowerApp project, and ensure quality assurance.

Additionally, your tasks include:

  • Toolset Analysis: Help gather, analyze, and document the current tools
  • Communication: Manage meetings and communication within the project & work with the BPA Automation Delivery Manager to propose optimized IT solutions
  • Requirement Analysis: Define, gather, analyze, and document business and IT needs from various stakeholders
  • Scenario Development: Create and support new toolset scenarios or changes to existing ones
  • Validation: Validate and verify scenarios and solutions post-project
  • Testing: Conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) with BPA Team members
  • Project Management: Act as the main contact with support from the Senior Project Manager
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements using agile methods like SCRUM or Kanban

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Masters or Bachelors degree (preferably in Project Management, Computer Science and Econometrics, or IT in Business)
  • Skills in Microsoft Power Apps
  • Understanding of IT project management methodologies (like Agile)
  • Familiarity with business modeling tools (such as Visio) and ticketing tools (like JIRA or ServiceNow)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)

  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude

Organizational requirements

  • Availability 20 hours per week
